In his role as a Tier 2 Support Specialist, Silas is passionate about ensuring customer needs are met and that the customer experience with Simple Energy products is top notch. Prior to arriving at Simple Energy, Silas spent 8 years as an Implementation and Support Application Specialist with Vermont Systems, Inc. When not ensuring customer satisfaction, Silas spends time skiing, biking, hiking and exploring with his wife and 2 kids. His limited downtime is spent reading and watching movies.
